How do I place my order?

To place an order:

1. Finish adding items to your shopping cart.
2. Choose to process through our website checkout or through PayPal.
3. Click the “Checkout” button to continue through our website checkout.
4. If using PayPal, click the PayPal button and continue payment through PayPal.
5. Enter your customer information including email address, name, and address.
6. Enter a valid discount code in the "Discount" field and click "Apply".
7. Continue to Shipping Method and confirm your delivery address.
8. Enter payment details and click "Complete Order".
9. You will receive an order confirmation page and confirmation email.

What if there are items missing or incorrect products when I receive my order?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at service@Torgenera.com . Please provide your Order Number and proof image (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be happy to reship the correct item at no extra cost.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation containing your Order Number and details of your purchase.

How do I add items to my cart?

Navigate to the product page, select your preferred options, and click the “Add to Cart” button. You can continue shopping or proceed to complete your order.

How do I view what's in my shopping cart?

Click the Cart icon at the top of the website. You can update quantities or remove products directly from your cart.

How do I remove items from my cart?

Open your Cart page and click the “Remove” link below the item quantity section.

How do I change the quantity of an item?

Update the quantity field inside your cart. The item quantity and total amount will automatically refresh.

How do I make payments using PayPal?

Select PayPal during checkout and you will be redirected to PayPal to complete secure payment.
